I am student of class 10 I want to say that in our country most school are focus only on marks not the students activity. one thing I not compared our country with other but think that ther our two person one who got knowledge that much only for which he can add, speak , and write or understand anything and after that he study according to what he want to become. And the other person who not study for knowledge but for gain marks. Than tell which person will come more go in her career who study from childhood about what he want to and the other who study just 4 year to what he want to. Thanks

Namaste Sir, I am a Law student. My exams are going on. During exam time I am struggling to get peaceful hours to concentrate properly on studies. All because of violation of noise rules in residential areas. Earlier Navratris gave us sleepless nights. Now right since Kartik Poornima, someone in the colony has kept Kirtan, someone Sundarkand, someone Bhagwat (for 7 days) at some place ... every day the same story. All are blatantly using loudspeakers beyond the prescribed decibels and the baaraats in the colony using DJ makes the glasses of windows vibrate do badly as if they would break!... Where should students go to study or the elderly who are sick and bedridden when they are continuously disturbed for hours together due to all this. Dear honorable PM, As the world progresses existing models need to adapt or evolve. This brings up a basic question. Would it be possible to shift all basic research in science and technology to university campuses and transform IISERs into MAX PLANK type of a model. The idea behind the thought is that cutting edge and even blue sky research can be done here and the doctoral /post doctoral scientists can help transform our state & central universities. This model unites the core areas of multi disciplinary research programs across IISERs but significantly improves the research work/outcomes making India a global center of cutting edge technologies through IISERs.Perhaps, moving undergraduate and postgraduate research to central /state university campuses would create a more vibrant community of scholars that will feed the human resources needs of districts/Tier2/Tier 3 cities while remodeled IISERs can meet not just national goals but be a magnet for researchers from the world

-दु:ख की घड़ी मे घड़ी भी ईतनी टिकटिंग नही करती होगी,जितना समाज ऐसे गंभीर समय और पीड़ित का नुकसान जो बयान ना कर सके वही पर ऐसी मानसिकता बयानबाजी..समझ से परे है qलोग ईतने स्वार्थी हो सकते है नही कुछ तो शांत ही रहो.. और जो अच्छे है वो defend करने के बजाय जब बुरा होता है समाज मे तब सामने qनही आते या जो बुरा करते है उनके खिलाफ बोलो, पर नही 30% मे 10% अच्छे लोगो के वजह से पुरे 70%लोग q suffer करे उनकी अच्छाई बाकी समय कभी दिखती नही सिर्फ defend करने,जो भारत ग्यान विग्यान से भरा है उस समाज की मानसिकता ईतनी घटिया कैसे हो गई ऐ modern सोच/education besic human criteria भी fullfill नही कर सकती श..जो court 1culprit को छोडे भलेही सौ छुटे समाज का नुकसान..
