Request for formulation of new guidelines regarding outsourcing employees working in Government offices against vacant sanctioned posts and their future regularization. I would like to bring to your kind notice the issues faced by a large number of outsourced employees working in various Central Government Ministries, Departments, and Offices across the country. Many of these employees—such as Data Entry Operators, Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS), Drivers, and Lower Division Clerks (LDCs)—are engaged through outsourcing agencies to perform duties against vacant sanctioned posts in Government offices. At present, these employees are working on meager wages without any job security, social benefits, or uniform service conditions. They play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of Government offices, yet their employment status remains uncertain due to the absence of comprehensive and uniform guidelines at the national level.

Early identification of disabilities among children is important for preventing or reducing the severity of the disabilities. 3. After independence we reached slowly too 10 the position in economic level before 2014. In a decade we reached 4 in economic wise in world countries. This is good progress. One thing we can see definitely is corruption free country, people welfare schemes , hardworks , selfless service , togetherness helps to achieve this progress. Citizen has to understand corruption , how much done the setbacks in our country. We have to unite and choose good government. We need to continue the current good work. Then we can reach 3rd economic level inturn everyone can prosperous , poverty free country, all things for everyone etc.
