We need to push students towards printed books, rather than just online surfing. Technology always gets blamed for moving people away from print media. Actually, one technology gadget only can make books reading more interesting. Such preloaded electronic gadget will not require internet, so it will be safe for students as well. Concepts written in books can be elaborated with stored audio clips in the device. I have thought of such very small device. Manufacturing cost in India is estimated at Rs.1000/- per unit, which will defeat the whole purpose. Per unit cost has to be up to Rs.50/- only so that people will buy it. This unit need not to have long life use. I have taken copyright of this idea (LD-24867/2025-CO). Urgently need an Indian manufacturer before we see same product on Amazon from China/Taiwan.
