I am a student and I am watching so many problems that can be solved. So here are some suggestions from my side. I think there must be a camera in police uniform that have high quality and work till the officer is on duty, that will reduce corruption. For pollution(especially in delhi) I think 1 thing you can do is to make a good infrastructure for cycle. I know this is not sufficient but it will definitely heal people coz they can easily use cycle for that. Now at last for all garbage problem, if there is a good infrastructure with cameras and strict rules and fines on people who throw garbage everywhere except dustbin, the fear of huge fine will definitely change them and I think that fine with cameras should be implemented. I understand that that much is not possible quick but if govt will start some plans for that it will definitely succeed and make India more beautiful.

The properties identified as "enemy properties" by the Indian government should be given to the people who will use the land. There are complaints that basic facilities are not being provided to the people in the areas classified as enemy properties. The areas identified as enemy properties should be handed over to the revenue department of the state government. The state government should use those properties for housing and public use. In case this is not possible, The central government should instruct the state governments to provide only basic facilities to the people living in those lands until the central government takes a final decision on the enemy properties.
