माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, मेरा एक बहुत ही कामगार व रोज़गार संबंधीत सुझाव है । १. भारतवासियों को सड़क के नियम अपनाने की बिलकुल आदत नहीं है। ज़्यादातर लोग सड़क व वाहन चलाने के नियमों का उल्लंघन करते पाए गए हैं । जिसकी वजह से आम जनता को परेशानी ही नहीं होती बल्कि दुर्घटनाओं की आशंका भी बढ़ जाती है । मेरा सुझाव है कि हर मोड़ पर व चौराहे पर जहां पर वाहन चालक सड़क के नियमों का उल्लंघन करते पाए जाते हैं वहाँ पर पुलिस की नियुक्ति की जाये । मेरा पुरा विश्वास है कि चालान से जो रकम एकत्रित होगी उस से कई पुलिसकर्मियों की तनख़्वाह निकल सकती है । ऐसा करने से पुलिस कर्मियों के रोज़गार मे वृद्धि होने की सम्भावना बढ़ जाएगी व ट्रेफ़िक नियमों का पालन करना भी बढ़ जाएगा । ऐसे पुलिस कर्मियों तो ट्रेफ़िक वार्डन का नाम भी दिया जा सकता है । केवल एक ही सावधानी रखनी है कि कोई पुलिस कर्मी भ्रष्टाचार ना करे व ईमानदारी से सभी ट्रेफ़िक नियमों का उलंघन करने वालों के चालान करना सुनिश्चित करना होगा । बाक़ी अगले मेसेज में पड़ें।
