माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, मैं सौरभ शर्मा, मध्य प्रदेश कटनी नयागांव लखेरा छोटे से शहर का निवासी हूं जहां पर प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं के नाम पर एक अच्छी लाइब्रेरी भी नहीं है, मेरे जैसे बहुत सामने बच्चे हैं जो प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी कर रहे हैं परंतु प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं के अच्छी पुस्तक ना होने के कारण कहीं ना कहीं असफलता का सामना करना पड़ता है क्योंकि मैं सामान्य केटेगरी से हूं और परिवार की कुछ कठिनाइयों के कारण ईडब्ल्यूएस का उपयोग भी नहीं ले पता। इस वजह से मेरे पास केवल कठिन परिश्रम का ही रास्ता बचता है और ऐसे में अगर एक अच्छी लाइब्रेरी भी ना हो जिसमें प्रौद्योगी परीक्षाओं और अन्य जैसे हिंदी साहित्य और अन्य किताबों का संग्रह ना हो तो कहीं ना कहीं पढ़ाई की तैयारी में बहुत कठिनाई का सामना करना पड़ता है। क्योंकि मैं एक मध्यमवर्गीय परिवार से हूं, आपसे अनुरोध है कि हमारे छोटे से जिले में प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं का निशुल्क पुस्तकालय खोलने का कष्ट करें तो आपकी इस बड़ी कृपा से बहुत से गरीब बच्चों का भला होगा। मुझे पूर्ण विश्वास है कि आप जरूर मेरे सुझाव पर विचार करेंगे। सा धन्यवाद
