महोदय ! दिन प्रतिदिन कुत्तों द्वारा लोगों विशेषकर बच्चों को काटने कि घटनाएं बढ़ती जा रही है ! कुछ दिवस पहले इन पर लगाम कसने का सराहनीय प्रयास किया गया था ! किन्तु जंतुप्रेमी एक वर्ग विशेष जिसका Ground reality से कोई वास्ता नहीं है , उसके द्वारा इस पर माननीय Supreme Court के order द्वारा कुठाराघात कर दिया गया ! जिनको और जिनके परिजनों को कुत्तों ने शिकार बनाया है , इसकी त्रासदी वही जानते हैं ! अभी भी आवारा कुत्ते खुले आम घुमते है ! आजकल बड़े एवं खतरनाक कुत्ते पालने का चलन बढ़ गया है ! बहुदा इनके मालिक बिन लीश के टहलाते हैं और दुर्घटनाएं होती है ! इन पर कानूनन रोक लगाई जानी चाहिए ! गौरतलब है कि यह मालिक कुत्ते को शौच औरों के घर के सामने करते हैं और आपत्ति करने पर झगड़ते हैं !

आदरणीय महोदय ! सन्दर्भ भारत में किनार समाज से है ! मैं किन्नरों के खिलाफ नहीं हूँ ! परन्तु आज का किन्नर बहुत आक्रामक और डकैत प्रवृत्ति का हो गया है ! ग़ज़िआबाद में पॉश इलाकों में यह डरा धमका कर लाख रूपए तक वसूल कर रहे हैं ! आप समझ सकते हैं कि देने वाले को कितनी आत्म ग्लानि होती होगी ! सरकार का इन्हे मेनस्ट्रीम में लाने का प्रयास सराहनीय है! परन्तु fact यह है की बहुत से निकम्मे एवं कामचोर भी नकली किन्नर बन कर धन उगाही कर रहे है! मेरा पक्ष है कि ! a ) किन्नरों का proper रजिस्ट्रेशन और मेडिकल जांच हो ! b) इनको राज्य सरकार के कोष से भत्ता दिया जाये जिसे आयकर दाता से वसूल किया जाए और इनका चंदा माँगना गैर कानूनी घोषित किया जाये ! c) जब तक यह संभव नहीं होता , एक अधिनियम द्वारा इनके साथ एक policeman का होना अनिवार्य कर दिया जाये और मनमानी करने से रोका जाये !
