The new labor code 2020 is now in effect.
Companies welcome it. Trade unions oppose it. There are no explicit provisions that are against labour rights. However, the truth will only be understood by workers when the new labour laws are implemented 100 percent.
For the next five years, special attention should be paid to the problems faced by the workers under the new labour codes 2020. Reforms should be made where necessary. The government should bring in amendment bills to address the problems faced by the New Labour Code 2020.
The government should strengthen the feedback system to immediately identify and eliminate the problems faced by the workers due to the new laws.Special attention should be paid to the problems faced by the workers in the next 5 years.Companies that do not provide the benefits of the Minimum Wage Act should be punished with imprisonment along with fines. It should not be fine/imprisonment. It should be both.
