National Education Policy is great initiative by Govt of India with an aim to skill-oriented education system. like wise, Higher level education policies in Engineering Education also need reforms. I request the following reform: Professor/Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Lecturer posts in Engineering Institutions must include minimum Industry Work experience and minimum Teaching Experience separately. Respected Hon’ble Prime Minister, I’m currently working as a software engineer at HCL TECH and my proposal is to establish a nationwide upskilling initiative—through both offline skill centers and online learning platforms—focused on high-demand digital and creative skills such as video editing, photo editing, proofreading, content writing, and other modern, income-generating competencies. These skills can empower young individuals to secure better job opportunities, build sustainable online and offline careers, and contribute directly to India’s economic growth. If possible I want to meet you in person and share the road map with you and lead the initivative which i have shared. I want to do it by myself with indian government. Good morning sir, This suggestion is for reservation system. Though many for and against statements roaming..I suggest this for upliftment of them..Why should not we make an act that every party should allocate some reservation for sc/st candidates to contest in General constituency..every ministry should contain some percentage of sc/sts...When our Ex CM Jayalalitha madam thought that Mr.Dhanapal from reserved catagory to become legislative speaker and that is praised by many of us..Why can not we make it as compulsory? Though there is separate constituency for them ..the major political parties are hesitating to share them seats proportionate to their vote bank...Since BJP is targeted for caste based biase..this would be the provoking one. Hello Sir, With regards to the latest incident of the St Columba school teen suicide case, the issue of Mental Harassment has come to the limelight again. Below are my suggestions on the same - 1. Every teacher in every school should be trained and checked for their SEL - Social Emotional Learning abilities. Are they ready to deliver the lessons with warmth, love and care? There should be at least audio recordings for all classes in all schools (public or private). That should not cost much (it is only audio, so we can check the tone of the teacher and hence the class climate). 2. These recordings should be monitored periodically to check for disturbances in the atmosphere, if any, in the class, as a proactive measure, so that none of the children has to go through that again.
