respected prime minister ji, i am very thankful to you for providing this platform to put my thoughts for nation building. i will be happy by sharing my thoughts. sir i want to attract your kind attention on very common issues that we face daily life. near about in all states traffic police impose challans for violations of helmet wearing rules or driving bike or car without having driving license. sir i thin the action done by police is not fully justifiable. I think police should provide helmet when they found that someone is not wearing helmet on actual price of helmet instead of imposing challans. if police gives helmet people will wear helmet and will be safe and by fear of buying next helmet they will wear helmet to escape from again buying helmet from police. if someone doesnt have DL then police should on the spot register for learning of DL by taking authorised fee in this way all the people have DL and no one will drive car or bike without DL. thankyou sir
