Earlier it was a modification process, but now even the manufacturers are providing high power LED lights in new vehicles. This causes considerable constrain in night driving. Apart from the dim and bright option now there is a new "Flash Mode" in certain vehicles which keeps us blind for certain seconds. Such lights reflecting through the RVM also causes disturbance in driving. This could result in accidents also.
