Respected Prime Minister Modi Ji, I would like to bring your kind attention to the problem of LED head lamps used in automotives. Earlier it was a modification process, but now even the manufacturers are providing high power LED lights in new vehicles. This causes considerable constrain in night driving. Apart from the dim and bright option now there is a new "Flash Mode" in certain vehicles which keeps us blind for certain seconds. Such lights reflecting through the RVM also causes disturbance in driving. This could result in accidents also. Hence I request your good self to provide necessary instructions to the concerned department to have a control over this issue. Regards Sunil Kurup
