I request that such matters be automatically listed on the next immediate working day to prevent unnecessary delay. Additionally, implementing a digital auto-allocation system for leave days—where cases are re-listed promptly or temporarily reassigned for minor procedural hearings—could greatly improve efficiency. Introducing standard guidelines for adjournments nationwide and enhancing transparency through real-time cause-list updates would further strengthen the justice delivery system and reduce pendency. This small administrative reform can make a big difference for citizens seeking timely justice.
