I humbly bring to your kind attention the plight of many homeless brothers and sisters who spend bitter winter nights on roads and footpaths. Despite the freezing temperatures, they have no shelter, yet countless beggars somehow endure the cold. While several welfare schemes exist, many such persons remain unaware or unable to access night shelters, blankets, and warm meals. Could we request the government to expand night‑shelter capacity, intensify outreach through NGOs, and launch a special winter campaign so that no person is forced to survive the cold on the streets?
