Sir, Recently a 2-member SC bench struck down Tribunal Reform Act duly passed by the parliament. There was tons of evidence in the National Herald case. But the Rouse Avenue court didn’t take cognisance of it on a technical issue. ED has rightly appealing to the Delhi HC. But the 2-G case is pending there since 2018. These matters are of serious concern. Moreover, there is urgent need to replace the Collegium System with the NJAC which is the root of all evils in judiciary. I think the Hon’ble President can ask the SC under which article of the constitution, the Collegium System was established. And whether a 2-member SC bench is competent to strike down a central act. It is of course heartening to know that the SC is making some right moves under the Hon’ble chief justice, Suryakant. Let us hope he will continue to live upto our expectations till 9th February, 2027.

Point to point travel by train between major cities like Mumbai and Delhi, Pune & Mumbai etc needs to be reviewed. Any citizen willing to travel by railway needs to be provided a confirmed ticket if applied a week before. Today one can book air ticket just 1 hour before travel, but can't get confirmed rail ticket even if paid and applied one week before. Just like Suvarna chatushkon, the investment in road infrastructure, it is suggested to have major thinking, planning and execution for railways. It will attract involvement of global funding agencies. It will generate very large number of employment. High level committee may study and review the status of unconfirmed waiting rail tickets and suggest change. Railway is the cheapest & safest way to travel. I'm sure, Shri. Modi ji can do it, if he knows the problem.

Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi, I propose including a subject on emotional intelligence and family relationships in Indian schools. Just as we learn a language starting with the alphabet, building strong family bonds begins by learning emotions then knowing ourselves, understanding our family members and finally addressing conflicts and real-life challenges. Many households face communication gaps and misunderstandings among parents and children, spouses and extended family due to generational differences and societal changes. Structured learning on emotional awareness, empathy and healthy family interactions can equip students to understand themselves and their families better. This initiative will preserve our deep-rooted Indian culture, strengthen all family relationships and create resilient, emotionally aware future generations. Sincerely, Purvee Dagli

Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi I wish to highlight the importance of strengthening family bonds and emotional well-being in Indian households. Many families face gaps between parents and children leading to misunderstandings, suppressed emotions and challenges in communication. I am developing a research-led four-book series on family dynamics and human connections offering practical insights to help families navigate conflicts, foster empathy and cultivate supportive home environments. I humbly seek your guidance and support in exploring ways to share these ideas through community programs, educational initiatives or awareness campaigns so that every household can benefit from stronger emotional and relational foundations. Sincerely, Purvee Dagli

Hon’ble Prime Minister, I wish to highlight the importance of strong family bonds and emotional well-being in Indian households. Across generations, families often face challenges in communication, understanding, and emotional support. I am developing a research-led four-book series on family dynamics and human connections, which provides insights and practical approaches to strengthen relationships at home. Sharing these ideas through community programs, schools, and awareness campaigns can help build happier, healthier, and more resilient families across India.
