Key features include elevated structures, underpasses for animals, eco-friendly design, bypasses for local traffic, and integration with broader connectivity plans, balancing development with biodiversity conservation for rhinos, tigers, elephants, and birds.   It addresses a major problem where animals cross the highway seeking higher ground during floods, often leading to accident.

I respectfully submit this suggestion for systemic improvement in the e-Courts / e-Filing process under the Lower and Subordinate Judiciary. Despite successful e-Filing of cases and completion of pleadings, many cases remain pending for long periods with the status “case not consumed in CIS”. During this time, litigants do not receive any online communication regarding objections, defects, or reasons for delay. In the absence of visible online objections or timelines, citizens are compelled to make repeated physical visits to court clerks merely to request consumption of cases into CIS. This defeats the purpose of the e-Courts initiative and increases hardship while creating scope for non-transparent practices. Suggestions 1. Time-bound scrutiny of e-Filed cases (for example within 3–7 working days). 2. Mandatory online display of objections/defects on the e-Filing portal. 3. Automatic CIS consumption if no objection is raised within the prescribed time

Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Greetings. The current legal provisions granting lifetime maintenance/alimony to educated and skilled women after divorce sometimes encourage laziness and dependency among women in certain cases. This is detrimental to the economic growth of our nation, which respects and values Indian women. Many women develop the misconception that separating from their husband entitles them to lifelong financial support, similar to a pension, without the need to work. According to a recent survey (1 Finance Magazine, 2025), on average 38% of divorced men's income is spent on maintenance/alimony; 42% of men have taken loans to make these payments. As a result, the income of lakhs of men is being wasted instead of contributing to the country's production and economic development. Therefore, I humbly request that the provision for lifetime alimony be amended to introduce a time-bound cap of one or two years (maximum limit). (Page 1 of 2)

Currently, the Female Labour Force Participation Rate (FLFPR) has risen to 35.3% in December 2025 (as per PLFS data, the highest in the year), but it still needs significant improvement.
