Subject: Request for Policy Reform: Protecting Digital Identity from Telecom "SIM Hostaging" Respected Prime Minister, I am writing to bring to your urgent attention a systemic issue of "Digital Exclusion" affecting millions of citizens, particularly in Bihar. In our push for a Digital India, every citizen's identity is tied to their mobile number for Aadhaar OTPs, Banking, and Government Schemes. However, private Telecom Service Providers (TSPs) have removed all "Base Validity" plans. We are now being forced to pay for expensive "Unlimited Data" bundles (₹189+ monthly) just to receive incoming SMS alerts on secondary SIM cards. This practice of "Tying and Bundling" is holding our digital identities hostage. I have already raised this with the TSPs and the National Consumer Helpline, but the companies refuse to offer a simple maintenance plan. Yours faithfully, Priyanshu Priyadarshi Madhubani, Bihar

Proposal: LPG Transparency Dashboard The Problem: Opposition spreading rumors of LPG shortages, leading to "panic booking." The Action: Mandate all LPG vendors to submit daily digital logs of stock and deliveries via an official email directive. The Solution: Publish this data on a State-wise Public Dashboard. The Impact: When citizens see real-time delivery stats (e.g., "98% fulfilled today"), rumors fail. If a local delay exists (due to weather/logistics), the dashboard proactively shows the "Problem" and "Time to Solve," maintaining trust. Goal: Use Digital India data to silence political rhetoric and stabilize the supply chain.

Respected Sir, I humbly wish to submit a suggestion for your kind consideration. While India joins the global community in observing International Women’s Day on 8 March, it may also be meaningful for our nation to institute a National Women’s Day rooted in India’s own historical and cultural legacy. It is respectfully suggested that India may consider declaring National Women’s Day on the birth anniversary of one of our great women unsung heroes, who symbolize courage, leadership, and the spirit of women’s empowerment. Such a day would inspire citizens, especially young generations, to learn about the contributions of India’s remarkable women leaders in history. If deemed appropriate, this initiative could be announced in a forthcoming Mann Ki Baat, encouraging nationwide reflection on the role of women in nation-building and promoting greater respect, participation, and opportunities for women across all sectors. Regards,
