Namaste, Honourable ModiJi, My suggestion for discussion is to solve Energy dependency for domestic (Household) usage by focusing more on Gobar gas /biogas at large scales and reduce dependencies on imports.. this solves the current problem of shortage of LPG in some parts of our country.. In addition this also helps solve some problems like waste management, stray cattle handling, natural fertilisers etc if done properly and backed by R&D.. Today many young people, despite working very hard, are facing unemployment, increasing competition, and a lack of resources. For students from poor and rural families, it is still difficult to access good opportunities. At the same time, problems such as pollution and economic inequality are also increasing, where the rich are becoming richer while it is becoming harder for the poor to move forward. If positive solutions and guidance on these issues are discussed, it could become a source of inspiration and hope for millions of young people across the country.

Workers employed in factories and warehouses face various physical ailments due to the adverse effects of heat exposure.The Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) codes within the new labour laws must include clear guidelines regarding the temperature levels that must be maintained in factories and warehouses while employees are at work. Specifically, a temperature range of 21–24 degrees Celsius must be strictly maintained. In recent years, tens of thousands of workers have suffered from heatstroke, and fatalities have also occurred. The OSH codes within the labor laws must explicitly specify the precise temperature levels that are required to be maintained in workplaces at all times. During inspections, labour inspectors must verify the workplace temperature. Furthermore, factory managements must install temperature-displaying devices in workplaces at locations where they are clearly visible to the workers.
