Feedback has been sought regarding the rules for the new Labour Codes of 2025. It is reported that these laws will come into effect starting April 1st. Therefore, priority must be accorded to public opinion during the process of formulating these rules. The rules must incorporate provisions that are fair to workers. Parliament should implement the amendments advocated by trade unions during the initial five-year period. The final draft of the Labour Code Rules (2026) should be released promptly and circulated for public feedback.The National Floor Wage must be raised to ₹1,000. Various industrial sectors are being adversely affected. It is unacceptable to impose a single, uniform minimum wage standard for both MSMEs and MNCs. Minimum wage rates should instead be adjusted based on the revenue and profitability of the respective enterprises. India must begin the transition toward a "living wage" system.

Cyber frauds -digital arrest- inspite of repeated warnings people are becoming scapegoat under digital arrest and loosing money, suggest that Trai should advise airtel and other service providers to use AI and when ever phone call conversation say or use the word "digital arrest", then calls should be cut automatically, if not, the service providers can send warning voice calls stating there is no such digital arrest and advise the call receiver not to continue with such phone conversation, regards
