our nation was trouble in lpg cylinder and petrol and diesel fuels by import and export due to war between iran and usa and Israel and economically rescission back in all over world

Honourable Prime Minister sir. With due respect sir, I am a pharmacist from west bengal. Sir, we in pharma industry has 3 parallal course D.PHARM, B.PHARMA, PHARMD, which creates obstruction in industry and hospital job oportunites and industry flexibilities. It is my humble request to integrate B.PHARM and PHARM D degree into a single 5 year degree so that a pharmacist can has the opportunity in both industry and clinical sector simultaneously. In global standard every developed country has only one single pharmacy undergraduate course. If you look into the matter then I shall oblidge to you. Thanking you with regards. माननीय प्रधानमंत्रीजी सादर वन्दे 🙏आपके द्वारा विद्यार्थियों, शिक्षकों एवं पालको से प्रतिवर्ष की जाने वाली परीक्षा पे चर्चा एक सराहनीय कदम हैं। निश्चित रूप से परीक्षा के नाम से ही एक डर, भय का आभास हर किसी के मन मे होता हैं। ऐसे समय कोई अपना कंधे पर हाथ रखकर कह दे की चिंता की कोई बात नहीं, सब कुछ अच्छा होगा। याद रहे हमारे प्रयासों मे कमी नहीं होना चाहिए फिर परिणाम कुछ भी हो। बस प्रयास सकारात्मक दिशा मे होने चाहिए। सफलता, असफलता आनी जानी हैं किन्तु मनोबल, आत्मविश्वास कभी कमजोर नहीं पड़ना चाहिए। सफलता भी हमारे तभी कदम चूमती हैं ज़ब हम केवल कर्म पर विश्वास करते हैं। माननीय मै शिक्षा विभाग के एक जिम्मेदार पद पर कार्यरत हूँ तथा शिक्षा के क्षेत्र मे राज्यपाल पुरस्कार के साथ कई अन्य गतिविधियों के लिए सम्मानित हो चूका हूँ। मै बच्चों को उनकी मनस्थिति जानकर मदद करने पर विश्वास करता हूँ न की उनकी परिस्थिति जानकर। फ़ॉलोअप तथा फीडबैक को अस्त्र के रूप मे उपयोग करके तदनुसार अपनी कार्ययोजना बनाता हूँ। प्रत्येक कार्य मे अपना शत प्रतिशत देने का सार्थक प्रयासकरता हूँ। आपकी इसप्रकार की चर्चा से मन प्रसन्न है

Honourable PM, cleanliness requires both infrastructure and maintenance. Many markets, bus stops and rural areas still lack sufficient toilets. Please increase the number of public toilets and ensure they remain clean so people do not have to urinate in the open. A clean India begins with accessible and hygienic toilets. 🙏

Honourable Prime minister, I am here to talk about the plastic pollution in our country. Plastic is present everywhere in the country at streets, roads because of which many things happen like animals consume it because they don't no how much it can harm them . From this examples i just wanted to share my idea ,idea of converting plastic into small pieces and then it can be used as material to make roads and it can also be used to fill 🕳️ holes of the road .

(1) पदोन्नति में आरक्षण का लाभ देना बाद किया जाय| (2)आरक्षण का लाभ सिर्फ एक स्तर पर दिया जाय , जैसे ग्रुप C वालों के पद भर्ती होने पर मिला , फिर ग्रुप C के लिए अन्य ग्रेड के लिए मिला ,पुनः ग्रुप B के लिए मिलता है | (3) सरकारी नौकरी में भर्ती की फीस सभी वर्गों से ली जाय सिर्फ Economic Backward को छोड़कर | (4) जिन SC /ST जातियों का प्रतिनिधत्व सरकारी नौकरियों में ज्यादा है उन्हें OBC में रखा जाय | (5) SC/ST में भी क्रीमी लेयर का प्रावधान रखा जाय | (6) जो कर्मचारी पे लेवल -6 के ऊपर सरकारी नौकरी में है उनके आश्रितों को आरक्षण का लाभ नहीं दिया जाय | (7) कुछ डिपार्टमेंट जैसे रेलवे आदि में SC/ST candidate के लिए पदोन्नति पूर्व ट्रेनिंग 21दिन की ट्रेनिंग दी जाती है , यह ट्रेनिंग पूरे सर्विस काल में एक बार दी जाय | बार बार फ़ैल होने पर पुनः ट्रिंग न दी जाय | (8) Back log भर्ती बंद की जाय |
