Respected Government of India & PM & Indian Railways India had biggest Railway network in World, hence it is necessary to have Indian Railway Ambulance services for Paients in City like Delhi, Mumbai, Tamilnadu, West Bengal and other States The size of Ambulance should be Average Size vehicle should have all ICU facility.  Ambulance vehicle should be modified so that it can run on Railway track such ambulance will save life of thousands of paient who need to get shifted in golden hours who need treatment. In Metro city most of time the roads are having heavy traffic which cause delay in reaching hospital and pient can lose life. but if Indian Railway start Ambulance services then it will be helpful to paients. Hope Indian Railways can start this services in Major city and then can increase this services in rest of state each state should have fixed number of Ambulance Services. साथ ही मेरा सुझाव है कि इस प्रकार का ऐप निजी (Private) न होकर केवल सरकारी नियंत्रण में होना चाहिए। यदि ऐसा ऐप निजी हाथों में होगा तो इसके गलत उपयोग की संभावना बढ़ सकती है और बच्चों की सुरक्षा से जुड़ी जानकारी का दुरुपयोग भी हो सकता है। इसलिए यह आवश्यक है कि इस ऐप को सरकार और पुलिस के नियंत्रण में ही संचालित किया जाए, ताकि जानकारी सुरक्षित रहे और केवल सही उद्देश्य के लिए उपयोग हो सके।
