I would like to bring attention to an issue that is silently affecting the future generation of our country—the increasing and uncontrolled use of mobile phones among children.Some may argue that children must learn technology early. That is true; however, if children begin experiencing stress, anxiety, and reduced attention spans at a very young age, the benefits of technology may be overshadowed by its psychological impact. Therefore, this challenge requires a collective national approach. One possible step could be encouraging a system where, at least until Class 10, learning primarily takes place through books, writing, physical models, charts, and classroom interaction rather than personal mobile devices. This issue may appear small today, but its long-term consequences could be significant. I humbly request that awareness and thoughtful policies be encouraged to balance technology with healthy learning practices in schools and homes.

Dear honorable PM & HM, There is a definite need for building synergies between defense forces and homeland security forces. To align the homeland security, agencies and the various government departments at the district level & panchayat levels it may help to have a vision document like the defense forces. The armed forces are not only meticulate but tend to follow a systems approach in design and project execution. A vision document by homeland security forces will not only align organizations but will help with budgeting, infrastructure development, research, integration of civil departments, civilian infrastructure development which makes it easier for the defense forces in multi domain operations, warfare and synergistic approach to security in the country. Vision documents help with development programs by creating phases in which adequate budgets, human resource development and technology get integrated into national security objectives
