In several cases employees receive only 25%, 40%, or 75% of their entitled salary, and the overall pay structure remains among the lowest at the national level, undermining dignity and constitutional protections. Despite these challenges, employees have strengthened Tripura’s administration and brought national recognition to the state. Recently, the Hon’ble High Court of Tripura directed full payment to fixed-pay employees, yet effective implementation is still pending. I humbly request your intervention through the 8th Central Pay Commission to review the salary structure and ensure full salary, dignity, and constitutional rights for Tripura’s government employees.
