sir, technology upgradation is good, but when we initiate measure to understand whatever reasoning or technology improvement in private businesses gstn compliance or govt supply chains, the person who conduct change need to understand ground zero reality. issues: 1. OTP becoming cumposory at the time of delivery of good , register no is of owner, bill with e-way or other supplier delivery faces hardship to get OTP. ( if the rule is not of govt, immediately ban this otp in private businesses, this can be ideas to make bank fraud) 2. Bharat Gas ⛽ also ask otp cumpolsory, issues is at the time of delivery owner absent, house maid or elder facing difficulties to get delivered with out OTP.
