भारत के न्यायिक स्थल के भाषा में परिवर्तन भारत की अधिकांश जनता हिन्दी या अन्य भारतीय भाषाएँ बोलती और समझती है। अदालतों में अंग्रेज़ी के उपयोग कारण सामान्य व्यक्ति को अपने ही केस की कार्यवाही समझने में कठिनाई होती है। यदि सुनवाई हिन्दी में होगी तो आम नागरिक अपने मामले को बेहतर समझ सकेगा और न्याय प्रक्रिया अधिक पारदर्शी बनेगी। संविधान की भावना के अनुरूप 🇮🇳 Article 343 of the Constitution of India के अनुसार हिन्दी को संघ की राजभाषा माना गया है। हालांकि सरकारी कार्यरत होगी मेरा ऐसा मानना है किन्तु, मेरा सरकार से अनुरोध है कि कृपया करके इस मुद्दे पर थोड़ा सा संज्ञान लिया जाए आपकी अति कृपा होगी

What action central govt can take if state govt fails to implemnt welfare schemes of NDA govt. for fear of taking advantage by BJP? Pls try to avoid state partnership in welfare schemes of central govt. Central govt do their part leaving aide the remaining portion for state to finish. e.g. National Highway construction, PM Aavas Yogana etc. Medical facilities such as AIIMS central govt should not seek state to procure land etc. Opposition run state governments will delay the project. Again to preclude BJP taking advantage Pls implemnt a strict family planning law to control the population growth/increase of minorities vis a vis to take control of government Political killings (suspected) and state corruption allegations should not be investigated by respective state government. An authority be set up under Armed forces to investigate it to avoid corruption etc. Free ration supplies to the poor should not be givenfully free, but those who are able bodied should work.
