I want 3 amendments in Railway:- 1. If a passenger travels in RAC for the whole journey railway must charge one berth charge and refund half amount to each passenger instead of charging 2 berth prices for the same berth 2. If a waiting list ticket stays in WL after chart preparation and the ticket booked from IRCTC app by the passenger himself not from a counter then why to deduct clerical charge if no clerk is involved in booking of the ticket. It must also be applicable if passengers cancel his ticket only gst should be deducted not clerical charge since he booked himself and no clerk was involved. 3. Railway must make noise in couch after 10.00pm a civil offense it must be enforced strictly as most of the passenger specially family members and unmarried couples use to talk whole night even after requesting they use to argue so 139 helpline no. And RPFs should be given stringent orders to take strict actions against those people as many people can have busy next day. Tnx

Namaskar Many of us wish and request that we as a Nation can work towards safety and security measures that can help stopping crime and violence towards women and children in a co-ordinated way across the nation. With the level of Technological advancements available today in our country it should be possible.

Subject: Mission Bharat Kalp-Vriksh: A 13-Year-Old’s Science Model Respected PM Sir, I am Ansh Raj Sah (13), from Metal Park, Raipur, C.G. I propose a structured 4-Year National Plan: PHASE 1 (First 2 Years): Bio-CNG Revolution: 100% conversion of agri-waste to Bio-CNG to end fuel imports. District Industrial Law: Mandatory ESP Filters & Pyrolysis plants in every industrial hub (like Raipur) to ensure zero smoke. PHASE 2 (Next 2 Years): 80-20 Green Rule: Mandatory law for 20% border tree plantation on all farms for oxygen & farmer income. Smart Infra: Plastic-waste roads & "Permeable Pavers" for 100% groundwater recharge. Zero-Rust India: Mandatory Zinc Coating on all public steel/solar structures for 40+ years life. Sir, I have the full scientific logic for this timeline to make India Atmanirbhar. Ansh Raj Sah VIP Colony, Birgaon, Raipur (C.G.)

Respected Modiji, as a proud Indian I am very disappointed and disturbed by the lack of respect for our heritage towns. There are so many heritage towns such as Paithan (famous for sarees), Almora (weaving and copper) Muzaffarnagar (Gur and Khand), Aligarh (locks), Mirzapur (weaving) Firozabad (Bangles), Khurja (pottery) and so on, however if these towns are not having some famous architecture, they are left ignored, very very dirty, filthy with garbage strewn around and no care for any municipal services. In these heritage towns there are no building style restrictions turning them into shabby or shanty towns with ugly electrical wires and dirty torn shop signage’s. Let us push the civil administration in these towns to start cleaning up and making sure garbage disposal systems are put in place, or else we face an irreversible downhill momentum which will destroy our country from within. Stern steps need to be taken to improve the work of these towns and the IAS officers there.
