Greeting and best wishes !! I would request you to speak on the importance of Traffic Rules. I am sure 50% of the traffic issues ( accident/ traffic jam etc.) will be solved by following the rules. TRAFFIC CAM and ensuring penalty can be very effective solution. I am a senior citizen now and understand the importance of traffic rules much better. With passing years and also by visiting other developed countries, I understand the importance of following the traffic rules. Interestingly, I am never fined in any foreign country for breaking the traffic rule (mainly due to fear of heavy fine). At times I get so worried by the vehicles coming from wrong sides and not following the basic traffic rules that start thinking if I should stop driving. I would like to suggest and concern about growing matrimonial issues..why there is a alarming increase in the matrimonial issues. The role of judiciary, gender baised laws. There was time 1961 where the harrasament of dwiry is real and now 2026 ,is still prevails, but the situation is same . Government failed to stop dowry instead in terms of strict dowry laws people are using tools to extrot money. Section 69 and domestic voilence act is also one of them. Also, a strict act of judicary granting maintenace and limony beyond the capacity of person also needs to be addressed.

We humbly suggest a Mann Ki Baat theme: “Ghar Ka Digital Guru” — When Students Teach the Nation. India has over 250 million learners and 800 million internet users. UPI processes 15–20 billion transactions monthly (228+ billion annually), yet digital literacy remains uneven, especially among elders. DigiLocker already has 200+ million users, showing strong adoption potential. We propose: 1. Students become Digital Gurus at home, teaching UPI, DigiLocker, online safety, and basic AI tools. 2. A 2–4 week DigiSeva Internship in Panchayats and local offices to support e-governance. 3. Recognition via certification or a PM DigiGuru Award. Even partial participation could digitally empower millions of households quickly. A simple question—"Kya aapke ghar mein kisi yuva ne aapko digital banana mein madad ki?"—could spark a nationwide movement. With respect.
