माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी सादर प्रणाम। मैं बिहार राज्य में एक नियोजित शिक्षक के रूप में 2007 से कार्य कर रहा हूँ।मेरा व्यक्तिगत अनुभव यह है कि जिस देश में छोटे छोटे बच्चों को पढ़ाने वाले शिक्षकों में गुणवत्ता की कमी,राजनीति से प्रेरित दोषपूर्ण चयन प्रक्रिया,अच्छे शिक्षकों के लिए उचित आर्थिक प्रोत्साहन का नहीं होना, जमीनी स्तर पर कार्य कर रहे शिक्षकों की राय गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा के लिए नहीं लेना इत्यादि कारणों से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के बच्चों का समुचित विकास नहीं हो सकता है।इस पर भी चिंतन होना चाहिए।

परमआदरणीय प्रधानमंत्रीजी, मै सेवानिवृत्त सैनिक हॅू, मै अरुणाचल प्रदेश मे 1995 मे तैनात था वहॉ जाते समय सडक मार्ग के बाजू मे सडक हादसे मे मारे गये सैनिक और देशवाशियोंके स्मृतीयॉ दिखायी पडती थी । मै मेरे उपरी सेनानयक को कहा करता था, मै एक महिने का तन्खाए देता हॅु, यहॉ के रोड विकास हेतू ,मै चाहता हॅू, की पूर्वोत्तर रिजन के सडक मार्ग और सारी पायाभूत संरचना का विस्तार हेतू एक अलग से National Fund स्थापित करना चाहिए और उसमे देशवाशियोंने खुलेमन से योगदान देना चाहिए । जय हिंद ।
