Our Country is growing rapidly in all sectors, no doubt. But the point is development is majorly seen in cities which are already developed. There are Metro projects, roads, bridges, etc built in all developed cities, whereas it as most required in rural areas and villages. There are still many villages/places in India where basic necessities like drinking water, electricity, roads,etc are not available. For a building to raise high its base should be solid, likewise for country to develop, its villages and rural areas should develop. These are the places where majority of natural resources are available Basic infrastructure should be built there in such places. Nothing is going to happen just by allowing exemptions on agriculture income, rather their basic needs should be completed. Maximum use of Solar plants can made in such places as sunlight is abundant. This will reduce overall electricity consumption and also they will get electricity. It's 1 time investment with great benefits
