sir there is no control on laboratory investigation of patient.Now even patient on asking history tell kindly see investigation .Due to many lab , every one is getting check up even without doctor recommendation.Even Over the counter medicine started based on investigation report without considering threshold. Our citizen are consuming medicine like food leading to poor effect on kidney and liver. Increase load of dialysis patient in our health system s due to this situation. Kindly make robust laboratory system acessible upto remote area with protocol so that private player be wise in doing investigation.
