We require special medical checkup, camps, in schools for the teachers, specially, for those, in the rural sectors, to cope, with health problems, that the teachers, face and overlook most of the time. If the teachers be both physically and mentally strong, they will be able to guide, the learners , efficiently. Teachers requiring medical aids, can be , provided, with special medical aids, specially, the female teachers, who have the tendency to ignore their health issues, for very many reasons. Special team of doctors, need to visit, schools and colleges, specially,in the rural sectors, for health checkups of the teachers, periodically. In ignoring the health of the Teachers , we will be inviting, greater problems, automatically.

Honorable Prime Minister i want to share my thoughts and expect solution, In bihar there's a rule for bihar government employees that every bihar government employees can take 3 times examination for other government job, while some employees are not satisfied with their post whatever post they have, So this is a limitation for those peraon who have talent, and i think this is a violation of our fundamental right, nobody does attention on this matter So i want you to do make such a rule in which we maybe free from this boundation, because everybody has wish to get higher post and this is fair if they have talent, so do attention on this matter seriously

Wishing A Very Happy Birthday To Our Prime Minister, Narendra Modiji We need immediate changes in the Teacher Education. The past two years have created newer challenges in the entire educational system, calling for urgent changes, in the Teacher Education. As the Online teaching has become very popular method , we need to modify , the educational system accordingly, for which the functioning teachers need additional training , in various aspects, not only to cope with the technological challenges, but the psychological changes that they are facing with the new model of teaching. Speaking to many teachers , it is seen that they require some special training , in order to cope with the increasing challenges, in teaching. We need to organize special Teacher Training Workshops in schools and colleges , in order to improve the teaching . The teachers are the guardians for the learners, and they need to be physically and mentally, strong, in order to cope with the current challenges.

Respected sir, I wish to submit that the service rules, wherein every government official has to follow, are of British era. It was framed by the British rulers and still we are following those rules everyday. For example, the Fundamental Rules (FR) rules were framed on 1922 and unfortunately it has completed 100 years. I request that these service rules (FR, SR etc) shall be replaced with new set of rules which is wholly MADE IN INDIA. Thank you sir.

Respected Honourable Prime Minister (INDIA) , I am Parag Hansraj Karani, I am a Civil Engineer, it’s my dream and vision of Future India, I wish that Indian economy and status, should be with par to other developed nations, It’s my belief that, this is possible when The Government, Government owned Subsidiaries, PSUS are valued with utmost importance, both in terms of Stature and Value, Government should set new standards and examples, both in terms of Operations and Valuations, thereby setting new bench marks for Private Sector companies and Businesses to follow. If I, compare Government companies like SJVN, NHPC to Tata power, Adani Power- it’s my gut feeling that SJVN and NHPC should set bench marks for Tata Power and Adani Power, there by imparting respect to our government both in terms of Respect and Valuations. Same, can be said for OMC’s like IOC, BPCL compared to Reliance and other private companies. I hope my dream comes true, cause then is when our India will WIN

Kind Attention: PMO (Ministry of HRD, LAW, COMMERCE, EPFO & MEA (For Global) Note: In India 99% of the employees are working in Private Sector (300Mn Pvt & 3.45 Mn Govt). - they are also voters, tax payers. Most companies (even FB, Apple, Google etc) are harassing and putting pressure on the employees through One sided Terms & Conditions in the appointment letters (LIke Britishers - ruled the world ) MY SUMMARY RECOMMENDATIONS: 1). STANDARD Terms & Conditions (1 time approved by GOvt / Law ministry) - for all employees (Govt/ Pvt) - in the appointment letters given to employees 2). 24X7 Online & Faceless HELPLINE For ALL EMPLOYEES (LIKE 100,102, 1091.) - can be immediately implemented without cost & time 3). Let "HAPPINESS INDEX" be part of Statutory Audit Report - strict govt tracking, monitoring 4). People leaving organizations every month - employee wise reason of leaving to be given (specially termination cases) Become world leader
