Respected Sir, I did a personal survey in Eastern Uttar Pradesh (Paranuchal) and found it as a great business hub, places like Varanasi and nearby location but I am amazed to see that even after such a good governance, nobody is bothered to respect state minimum wages, people are employing employee in less than state minimum wages and not at all bothered about paying PF and ESIC benefit and there is no action on them, I am not saying this is observed 100% but as per my survey it was also not less than 95%, 5 out of 100 organizations are complying with it, Except MNCs follow it and when we educated them they say nothing happens, nobody checks in restaurants, shops, hospitals, hotels and schools everywhere, even outsourced employees are hired at 5 to 8K where is Unskilled state minimum wage is 9530/- + PF + ESIC, Please make some mechanism that it gets followed as due to this govt. is also loosing huge revenue and faith of people due to high rate of non compliances in employee hiring.

Respected Sir, I am s.s.venkateshwar born and brought up in A and N islands -- I have raised several times many suggestions but not a single time my suggestion picked up sir -- no issue -- but this time I want to bring to your kind notice that around 328 students of Debrait ( poly technic ) are on strike for not affiliating there polytechnic with Pondicherry university due to some or the other reasons -- but the students of Andaman are facing hardship due to strike and their career are on thrash - please help them to solve their problems at an earliest possible - as they are youth and they needs support of yourgoodself and settlements of their problems amicably once for all - so kindly intervene into this mater an an earliest possible to avoid future complications arising due to this --

There should be some options to engage retired professionals in various walks for Nation building. Retired Professional can be brought under different national societies and can be engaged for volunteer assignments to provide free consultations and advices. Experience is an asset which needs to be capitalized in various ways for social cause and nation building.

The key "landmarks" and "Institutes of National Importance" across India should have main signboards in all Recognized Indian Languages. For example Kartaya Path should be in all Indian Languages

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी सादर प्रणाम। आपके द्वारा देश में स्वच्छता की जो क्रांति की अलग जलाई गई वह ठीक उसी प्रकार है जिस प्रकार स्वतंत्रता आंदोलन में अनेक महापुरुषों ने अलख जगाई थी। आज शहरों की सुंदरता पर सड़क किनारे पड़ी गंदगी उस शहर को दागनुमा बनाती है । इसके निराकरण के लिए मेरा विचार है कि यदि संबंधित दुकान में या सड़क के किनारे कोई भी दुकान हो, ठेली हो या फास्ट फूड वाले ही क्यों न हो को अपने दुकान के आगे डस्टबिन रखना अनिवार्य करवाना चाहिए ।इसके साथ ही उसकी जवाबदेही तय होनी चाहिए कि उसकी दुकान के आगे यदि कूड़ा या अन्य कुछ भी गंदगी पड़ी मिलती है तो उस पर दंड लगाया जाएगा तथा उन्हें जागरूक भी बनाया जाना चाहिए इससे हमारी विभिन्न शहरों की स्वच्छता भी बढ़ेगी व शहर को गंदगी मुक्त करने में भी हमारा अहम योगदान होगा। सादर सहित प्रशान्त कुमार बडोला शिक्षक राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज मानूबास हरिद्वार
