Dear Shri. Modiji, I am writing to you with regards to long COVID syndrome. I am a cardiologist in practice for 27 yrs in Philadelphia, USA. I have been researching dysautonomia disorders for the last 22 years in pursuit of better answers for Diabetes ll, advanced heart failure and vascular patients. I have established a dysautonomia Institute in 2005 after developing, definitive pathophysiologic dysfunction, testing and treatment protocols for dysautonomia. We have identified dysautonomia as the underlying dysfunction in several relentless conditions, particularly common in Women.. Over the last 18 years we have treated > 4000 patients with dysautonomia. Patients from Johns Hopkins and Mayo Clinic come to us. Long COVID syndrome is a classic dysautonomia problem. I am pursuing the Idea of setting up Dysautonomia institute in India and would like to seek your help, blessing and support. Most of the valuable time of our Hon'ble Courts are spent in hearing cases of political parties and politicians. Hence Govt. may think of establishing courts exclusively for hearing cases filed by political parties/politicians. This way, other courts can spend more time for other cases filed by civilians.

Sir, talk about global warming and importance of trees. Also encourage people to go paperless strictly. Many businesses give away colorful handouts and brochures viz builders/schools/hoteliers/saloons etc. Make it compulsory for them to give away only e brochures. Ban using paper. Even hotels can display menu on touch screen provided on each table. Go paperless can be name of this project. Infact down the line schools should come up with using only erasable touchscreen books. All notes should be transferred to cloud storage. This is available in market. We can think of making it improvised so that it can serve this purpose. Anyways we are using more of electronic gadgets. Why not save our mother earth with little more upgradations.
