Sir, Would like to have your attention on Deurbanization. by urbanization i mean people moving from native to cities for employment or occupation. We need to reduce that. I feel we have crossed the hightime to work on this aspect. We are expanding the cities, increasing infrastructures within the city and connecting the cities. But we should also think of the aspect of improving the villages such that people should stay in the village or native, get reasonable employment, sanitation, and all basic facilities. Too much of migration to the cities, too much concentration of business and trade in cities, attributes to many things including, over utilization of natural resources, energy resources, challenges in sanitation, waste management, drainage systems, food distribution and what not. Urbanization also impacts inflation directly/indirectly. Hence request you to give attention on improving tier 2/3 towns and improve quality of living and reduce inflation.

The present Ministers of all the departments should give way for suitable VISIONARIES who have decades of wisdom and exposure in those domains. The present administration and executive can only make or understand a plan and follow it. A VISION is different from a PLAN'. A Visionary when free from political pressures can ably pilot the aero plane of National Development. The party cadre can reap the benefits by supporting the visions, but they should not think of flying the aero plane.

To the respectful prime minister of india . I want to throw the light on the long working hour in hotel industry . In india every hotel is forcing his employees to do work for minimum 12 hours . You can’t go back to the home before 12 hours and there is no over time pay for an extra hours. in every business organization, office, government office there is 8 hours job but hotel industry is the only sector which is forcing there employees to work for 12 hours . There is no personal life of employees outside the hotel. I request you to please make any rules regarding this and please take an action regarding the issue. Please see the hotel industry with the employees points of view also . The government always see the industry in the costumer points of view. Please do something

One Suggestion / Idea As a part of Clean India, Please look in it for implemenation of SAND sucking / collecting Motors in all vehicles, particularly in all Lorry's, Four Wheeler and all buses while running on the Road. so that collection of sand which is lyiing on the road may clean and further no deposit of sand on the road. It will lead to improve the environment drastically. After accumulation of sand / small particles lying on the road the vehicles can pour into a separate place allocated nationwide.

Respected pm Sir, We are needs accurate PDS System, and co operate society loan money, Paddy Seeds many more work change. ( needs change, Block lebel work MANREGA, job cards, vote card, land pata, etc.)

If the political parties can understand that “seniority or loyalty” in the party cadre is not the one & only qualification to lead the party or the nation, we can see a great change in the development of the country. Only a VISIONARY should be made to sit in the pilot seat of the aero plane of national development. The loyal cadre should ably support the VISIONARY, who should be free from all sorts of political pressures.
