मेरे विचार से भारत सरकार ऐसा विधेयक लाना चाहिए जिससे व्यक्ति अपने रिजर्वेशन को छोड़ना है या लेना है उसकी आजादी नौकरी प्राप्त करने के बाद हो जैसे गैस सिलेंडर में सब्सिडी लेना है और नहीं लेना है उसकी आजादी है तो सरकारी विभागों में नौकरी आने के बाद व्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता होनी चाहिए कि वह अपने रिजर्वेशन कैटेगरी से जरनल कैटेगरी में बदल सके और आगे भविष्य अपने को रिजर्वेशन से मुक्त कर सके। नौकरी में उसके रिकॉर्ड में रिजर्वेशन कैटेगरी से जनरल कैटेगरी में बदला जा सके क्योंकि व्यक्ति एक बार रिजर्वेशन लेने के बाद आर्थिक और सामाजिक रुप से सक्षम हो जाता है व्यक्तिगत तौर पर भविष्य में उसे रिजर्वेशन की जरूरत नहीं होती है क्योंकि वह समाजिक और आर्थिक धारा में आगे बढ़ जाता है
