Dear Honourable Prime minister, Sir As you know Indian legal system is vey slow and have millions of pending cases. I am also very much affected from the Indian Legal system and till date I can not see any big improvement in this system. I have a solution for this problem. As you know all medical college have attached hospital why we can't have a court attached with the law college/University. In all law colleges we have huge trained man power and space we can use that trained manpower and space to reduce the case load on court. This is a very quick and viable solution. This is my humble request to you kindly give some attention on this idea. Thanks Regards Azad Singh

Respected PMji, Senior citizens are elder citizens irrespective of the strata of society that they come from. About 2% of seniors live in privately operated senior living communities and get organized services and care. However, they are required to pay 18% GST for services like security, housekeeping, nurse, on call doctor, activities both spiritual and entertainment, plumbing, electrical, payment of bills and taxes etc., and 5% for availing food services. Many of these elders have Special Needs adults suffering from Autism, Down's Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy etc., and their care is essential with the ageing parents. They too pay GST for services and food. Whereas, elders living in charitable or government funded old age homes or by NGOs need not pay GST, They also get Rs 25,000 per head per month GST exemption, when the inmates do not pay. Request exempt GST for elders living in privately operated old age homes or retirement communities. Request for your benevolence to elders .
