Respected sir, In our education system we generally focus on theory education, instead of this we need to focus on practical basis education. Practically approach of education teaches more to students. on that basis students will learn more.

Dear Sir, Pranam! I would like to bring to your kind notice the conditions of watchmen serving housing societies and other establishments . These watch men come to big cities like Mumbai, Delhi , Noida, Kolkata, Chennai etc from far off places and serve these societies day and night so that the residents and owner can live with comfort. They remain out of their families for years get a meager salary (sometimes only Rs 6500 for 12 hours working). Since there is no proper training to most of the watchmen, the security agencies exploit them for giving a very small amount of salary and taking a huge commission from it. They do not have proper place to sleep, get some additional money by doing small jobs like car washing, home cleaning etc. Some time resident become so violent and even slap them on small issues. I request you to please appeal to all in your next Mann kee Baat to have kind attitude to these pillars of our nation. Thanking you.with Regards. Nand Lal Mishra

Dear Pm, india is changing rapidly in political front, social front etc. but things remaining same for all chowkidar guards through out country; be it in private or govt!! only through political stunt or indulgence some respect can be reposed unless the mindset is same shown by master class. lastly, Gulam becomes Azad!! But for fauji class sans officers facing difficulties & humiliation as usual before & after even though india is changing.....see still jco/hav r engaged in group d posts post retirement in our Railway without any seniority & have to work physically with two to three decade young mates. This is the honour they have lost to country during their colourful service. if they have joined in indian railways at first instance in their youth then such humiliation could have been avoided & this poor fauji class could have saved some honour for them if they understand this country better practically. our beloved Pm changing everything but unable to provide some sorts of seniority.

Dear Shri Narendrabhai, please bring back focus on Swachh Bharat. When you started this initiative few years back I really though it will bring a change in the mindset of us, Indians. I come from an urban area and live in a housing complex wherein most folks are "well educated" and middle/upper middle class. Today morning when I climbed staircase from my 3rd floor apartment to 15th and returned, I clicked pictures of "items" that were dumped/thrown on stair-case; packing material, old clothes, biscuit/cake wrappers, old pots for growing plants, leftover food, etc. This from a society that is "well educated"!!! When we see overflowing gutters and drains, we blame the local authorities/MLAs and walk-away but we fail to see our own backyard (in this case stair-case of our private property). Please bring back focus on Swachh Bharat; it should not be limited to only photo-opportunity when our PM picks-up garbage from a beach or during inauguration of a tunnel.

Dear Sir, Greetings! Why we are neglecting our traditional system of medicine Ayurveda, why should we introduce in our primary education, as a part of syllabus. Why should children wait till youth untill they fnished their schooling to attain professional knowledge and degrees. In ancient times they already discovered the benefits that everyone can use it from childhood.instead of relaying on allopathy for every minor ailments. Thanking You
