Hi Sir, This is Jugal Kishore Mahanta.I live in Singapore and have observed that people who live here dnt spit but as soon as they land in India they will buy those packets and start spitting.Same thing are available here also but spitting has heavy fine here.You have already request in many forum that country is our mother and ask people not to spit.Can you please bring a law that bans spitting in public place with heavy fines and citizen based monitoring app so that people can report with video clips and every involved in getting the fine gets some portion of fine.

Hence the following steps might spur innovation and product development: 1. Giving all MSME & organizations a tax benefit for development of products or services with a university research program ie, vetted by the head of the department of a university 2. University campuses can get funds from both industry and government to establish the required laboratory facilities. 3. MSMEs can save on R& D Infrastructure by working with the university campuses or consortium of university departments in a state to take their products to global markets 4. Pumping money in building centers of excellence within a university will allow students to work on research and development projects of the industry 5. If mandatory for companies, MSMEs to adopt energy efficient manufacturing, reducing carbon emissions etc university R&D will help a lot
