improve govt jobs - currently the govt is spending more on providing pensions. to avoid this , digitalize the govt services. still a lot of govt services are offline. govt should focus more on improving the digitization of government services.after digitization,most of the work can be done online. instead of having a big office at each village , we can have a small office and have big central operation team at district level or state level. this can reduce the extra spending on salaries and optimise/ improve the govt operations. currently one employee is handling jobs of a single unit. after digitization he can work for different units from the same office. this can eliminate the service unavailability due to inadequate staff / staff leave .
