Respected prime Minister I would to like to draw your attention towards the degradation of nursing profession in India as many view nurses just house keeping staff and not a degree graduate please do something to improve the condition of nurses as many of the emigration is going on in this nursing field

जय हिन्द सर आजकल सरकारी और उससे ज्यादा प्राइवेट आवासीय योजना विकसित हो रही है हर शहर के आसपास। इसमें छोटे प्लॉट बहुत है। लेकिन कार पार्किंग और कॉलोनी का मार्केट सामूहिक रूप से कही भी विकसित नहीं किया जाता है। मुख्य रूप से छोटी कॉलोनी में। आपसे निवेदन है की चंडीगढ़ की तरह भविष्य में सभी कॉलोनी का निर्माण हो तो नए भारत की तस्वीर बहुत खूबसूरत होगी।

For long route high speed trains like Shatabdi, Dhuranto, Vande Bharat, Bullet trains etc, where number of halts are limited to save the time, why not adopt new advance coaches (like built for Vande Bharat) where each coach has its own drive and don’t require separate engines. So that we can dedicate coaches for intermediate destinations, with an ability to disconnect last coaches part by part from original train on the route to make halt, where front coaches continue to move at high speed. This will open possibility of reconnecting the disconnected coaches to other routes also and will give huge convenience to passengers to not shift from one station to other with luggage or one train to other through connecting routes. This could be tried first for freight trains, as destinations are already planned in the start and there is no human movement from own coach to wrong coach.

सरकार द्वारा जो भी परीक्षा ली जाती है साहब उसमे बहुत सुधर होना जरुरी है | डिजिटल india सिर्फ कहने के लिए है ऐसा लगता है कभी कभी | क्योंकि सिस्टम में बहुत साडी परेशानी है | कभी फॉर्म सबमिट होता नहीं दिनभर ट्राय करना पड़ता है | कभी तो रात में एक दो बजे ट्राय करना पड़ता है | epfo जैसी सुविधा सभी ओनलाइन हो गई ऐसा घोषित है लेकिन ओफ्फिस के चक्कर लगते लगते कितना परेशां होना पड़ता है यह वाही व्यक्ति जनता है | सभी ओनलाइन सुविधा जितनी गतिमान होनी चाहिए उतनी नहीं है | सभी सरकारी पोर्टल और वेबसईट बाकि सबसे तेज चलनी चाहिए | उपयोग करने में भी सभी नागरिको को सुलभता होनी चाहिए | मोबाईल और विंडो में सभी सोफ्टवेर ठीक से चलना चाहिए | जब तक यह बदलाव नहीं होता तब तक डिजिटल india का सपना पूरा नहीं हो सकता | क्योंकि सिस्टम ऐसी चलने से मैन में नकारात्मकता उत्पन्न होती है | फ्रोड होते है | इसलिए सायबर सिक्युरिटी बढाकर ओनलाइन सुविधा गतिमान करे | ताकि सभी विद्यार्थी और नागरिक सही तरह इस्तेमाल कर सकेंगे | कभी कभी भरे हुए परीक्षा की कोई अधिसुचन स्तुदंत को नहीं किया जाता इसलिए परीक्षा और फी दोनों नुकसान है|
