Prosecution has been started against me and my wife for a minor default in not holding AGM in time. We have accepted our default when issued with a show cause notice. However, without any order on the Showcause notice, which is in contravention of the companies act, prosecution has been started. I have been summoned by the court to take bail. My other business is 99% export. I need to travel abroad and cannot be taking trips to the court. I have asked the ROC to withdraw the prosecution proceedings, which is in their hand. Respected Sir, my name is Yuva kishore from visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Sir, we are facing menace from gas delivery boys - where they were charging extra amount of 40 rupees per delivery. If we won't pay that extra charge then they were not at all responding for any leakage complaints properly. Sir, it was the matter of life and death issue. "A common man's essential commodity is a gas cylinder which is essential for his life and if neglected will be a threatening commodity in his life". मेरे द्वारा PMO, CBSE और राजस्थान संपर्क में शिकायत दर्ज कराई गई।मेरी शिकायत को संबंधित विभाग को अग्रेषित कर दी गई। आगे जिनको शिकायत अग्रेषित की उन्होंने घुस खाकर गलत जांच रिपोर्ट तैयार की। महोदय,मेरी शिकायत को आगे अग्रेषित करके सब ने अपना किरदार निभा लिया किंतु मेरी शिकायत और परेशानी वही की वही रह गई। मेरे शिकायत के माध्यम से जो इससे भरपूर लाभ उठा सकते थे उठाया किंतु मेरी परेशानी का निपटारा नहीं हुआ। स्कूल प्रशासन ने मेरे साथ गलत किया और मेरा कैरियर भी बर्बाद कर दिया। प्राचार्य विलियम डिसूजा उदयपुर के निजी विद्यालयों के समन्वयक हैं जिस कारण मुझे उदयपुर के किसी भी प्राइवेट स्कूल में कार्य नहीं मिल रहा है । कई बार राजनेताओं (मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत जी एवं सचिन पायलट जी) के चौपर इनके स्कूल के ग्राउंड में आकर रुके हैं। क्या मेरी शिकायत पर इसलिए ध्यान नहीं दिया जा रहा है क्योंकि स्कूल प्रशासन का बड़े-बड़े राजनेताओं और अधिकारियों से अच्छे संपर्क हैं? महोदय,आपके विभाग में शिकायत करने के पश्चात भी भष्ट्राचार हुआ और मुझे इंसाफ नहीं मिला,अब मैं कहां जाऊं और किससे न्याय की मांग करुँ।

In higher education institutes of central government teaching professionals are not doing their job properly . In the name of theory and practical exam they threaten and harass students . Due to fear of harassment and torture students fail to complain and protest and not allowed to discuss their problems. Government should initiate steps to punish erring personnel and provide more facilities for better study. Against all teaching professionals and administrators students view should be collected confidentially. In every month there should be scope for students to give press bite regarding their grievances as well as suggestions for the betterment of the system. Subject teacher must remain responsible for poor performance of the students and exemplary action should be taken Against those who are responsible or those who are negligent about their duties . An independent body must be there which should conduct inspection once every month without prior informations. Guardians
