Respected Prime Minister, With due respect, I am informing you that during the form fill up for the post of Intelligence bureau I did not notice the date of birth option properly and I had completed the payment also after completing all these formalities I found that my DOB is not correct. There is no option given to change it after payment, and I can not pay again for the new registration because my financial condition is not that good. I know many people have the same issue as me. So considering the fact stated above you are requested to look into the matter if there we can edit the form without giving any charge or giving a minimum penalty like 50-100 rs.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी मे हरियाणा के सोनीपत का रहने वाला हु हरियाणा मे परिवार पहचान पत्र से राशन कॉर्ड बनाये गए है जब की बहुत से परिवार ऐसे है जो की यहा पर किराये पर रहते है ओर यहा के निवासी भी नही है उनका यहा पर गुलाबी या पिला कार्ड बन गया है जबकि यहा के निवासी जिनको इसकी जरूरत है उन्हे यह सुविधा नही मिल पा रही है आपसे निवेदन है की इस पर ध्यान दे ओर इसका एक मापदंड बनाया जैसे की निवासी के पास पिछले 10 साल का कोई भी परमाण हो जिसे की आम निवासी को इसका फायदा मिले एवं देश के लिए जिम्मेवार नागरिकों की बहुत आवश्यकता है जो की पढाई से आती है और यहा के सरकारी स्कूलो का बहुत बुरा हाल है जिसके कारण गरीब परिवार को इसका सामना करना पड़ रहा है कृपया करके इन पर ध्यान दे ऐसी बहुत परेशानी है हमारे देश मे इनका निवारण कराया जाए धन्यवाद
