It does not appear that judges of Bharat are working to make this Nation a Great Nation. They seem to lack Rastriya Charitra. it seems like they give way to nepotism, favoritism, corruption etc. Else why should justice take so much time. WHY DO THE JUDGES NOT FEEL THEY NEED TO DELIVER JUSTICE LIKE A SOLDIER ON THE WAR FRONT, A DOCTOR IN OPERATION TEATRE etc. For those fallen in the darkness, in a pit, Why does it feel like JUSTICE in BHARAT is not like a BEACON OF LIGHT (NO SHORTCUTS), but like a shining planet revolving around a star with high eccentricity. WHY DO THE PEOPLE OF BHARAT FEEL IT IS NOT THE PLACE OF JUSTICE. WHY JUDGES DO NOT FEEL THE URGENCY TO DELIVER JUSTICE. I think the Parliament of BHARAT needs to act on this part of timeliness for Justice. EMINENT PERSONS OF THE BHARAT should be formed to decide on timeliness of Justice. Judges need to decide on cases in a timely manner. Else criminal get room to escape. That would not be good for Amit Kal.

My Dear PM Modi ji Please stop migrations from villages to neighbouring cities by developing the towns and villages. The cities are over crowded and polluted. The cost of living is rapidly increasing in cities. The urbanization is causing so many problems. Govt. should encourage the corporates to establish their factories in rural areas. The software Cos should establish in rural areas instead of in skycrapers and closed rooms in the cities. we should encourage the Village crafts including Organic farming. Govt. should develop all rural areas and stop migrations. Mahatma Gandhi said Development of Villages is development of the Nation. But today the villages are left with locked houses and destroyed walls where the aged people are looking with strains in the eyes for their family members. Today the youth all like to stay in the Cities. This will be a danger sign not good for the Nation. Next generation won't see the villages. They remain in the tales. Please stop Migrations.

Respected Hon`ble prime minister,i feel Changes have to be made to cultivate a good healthy habit.Water plays many important roles in the body here i like to give you a idea /suggestion/case for the good health practice.which i was came across my training at indian aviation academy ,Newdelhi as a participant/trainee .here on my arrival at the institute i was given a glass water bottle for drinking purpose which was good. drinking water through the glass water bottle felt relaxing (discouraging plastic ).I started drinking water through the glass water bottle to the essential limit,because of this i am feeling healthy .and better .My suggestion is children should be cultivated the good habit of drinking water from the childhood at the class level so it becomes an good habit.Apart from them public should be encouraged to use water bottles , so slowly as carrying water bottles instills a psychological feeling among them to drink water."water is your new best friend " to be our motto

Kindly consider my appeal on reservation for the PWD, 4th category(category : D) which includes mental illness. People suffering from the mental illness may have extra ordinary power/intelligence for example Nikola Tesla, Charles Darwin ,Albert Einstein,  Abraham Lincoln, Isaac Newton,and many unknowable personalitie  were  severely suffering from O.C.D./Other mental illnesses,  so l request you to please..............................................Kindly  look into the matter as PWD Act 2016 provide the reservation to Mentally ill benchmark disabled people. UPSC & most of the recruitment agencies of India have not applied it till 2022 and excluded this category ( Further in 2021 identification for the post for M I (mentally ill) have been (defectively) done by central government ) Excluding one category (4th) of disability from the main 5 category of disability is against the intent of UNCRPD , RPWD Act 2016, Right to Equality and also against principle of Natural Justice .Please

One India One Nation One Rule One Tax thru GST. But why not the same Tax on Petrol, perolium products and Liquor too. Today some states are just being financed by the Liquor Consumers in the form of Tax. Many poor are spending thousands of rupees on liquor. Govts. depending on liquor money is very shameful. Govts should restrict the consumption of liquor but encouraging by increasing the no. of wine shops and extention of hours for Bar and Restaurants. Increasing Price to get more taxes not to restrict sales. We must follow One Nation and One Tax on all Goods. So kindly bring all the Consumer Goods under GST. No tax differentiation among the states..

The Supreme Court of India and the Judges of Bharat should first see how it can do timely justice in all matters brought to their notice. Just look at how much time it took to give justice in the Nirbhaya case. the time takes to get justice in Bharat is so much that criminals are allowed to check every angle of escape from punishment. And the last think is bail and mercy for bail on the grounds of health reasons. that is like chiding people of Bharat like a monster....HERE COMES THE JUSTICE , THE CRIMINAL IS SET FREE ON BAIL. Just see how Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan and martyrs fought the terrorists on 26nov2008. Similarly, Judges have to fight faster against criminal/curruption cases done mercilessly on the people of Bharat. My request to the Parliament of Bharat is that something should be done for timely justice. Presently, Supreme Court is not able to quickly decide how many judges should sit to decide on the Constitution Bench.

Kindly do the needful for Divyangjan RPWD Act is not fully implemented after long periods of more than 6 years. Most of the Central & state Departments refusing to provide reservation / accomodate to the newly given reservation according to the RPWD Act. In 2021 Central Govt. defectively did the identification of the posts. Kindly look into the matter personally.
