This requires exceptional town planning & allocation of space by using design aspects for creating globally competitive hub centers where investors can create wealth while states can generate revenues. If our district headquarters evolve into world class cities we will see global investors considering our states over other nations. The emphasis on evolution of districts therefore is relevant as many countries the size of our states are export oriented and business friendly. Dear prime minister i am here to make u aware about the poor conditions in rajasthan jodhpur .The poor people in jodhpur are not eating food also the policies of the state governnent and the central are not implementing on ground .Yesterday there was one boy on street who was selling ballons and when i reached him he say that he was hungry from last few days and that boy i gave him food . The same was with a old woman of 80 and a man of 70 and now i am having a idea so that these policies can implement on ground . The district has too be 2 houses named as atal or indira free house where the poors can entry on 10 rs and have food in 5 rs the people there would be have some techiques learn too like stiching clothes or making etc this will generate renevue too and in night they will have full stomach and good sleep in a house this is my idea . Respected Prime Minister, I am talking about a particular new system which, if developed, could solve the unemployment problem. Anyone of our country can be established. I want to say that there should be a system where anyone can go and find out all the problems related to his business, like how he can start his business, how he can grow his business, all these things, and if necessary The Organisation will help him to grow his business. Create an Organization like, name - "Business Development Authority" or "BDA" from Government of India. The office of this "Business Development Authority" will be in every block in every state of the country. Its job is to encourage new businesses and create new businesses. When someone goes to the nearest "BDA" office to know more about his business, then this "Business Development Authority" will inform him about how to grow his business, how to make profit in the business and various details.
