Respected Sir
National Campaign for Shishu Shakti needed
More than 85% of brain development takes place during the first three years of babys life laying the foundation for the rest of their lives A few trillion neural connections get wired in the brain by the age of three which are responsible for growth and intelligence. Good nutrition is important but talking to babies is equally important for brain development. Babies are more attracted to sounds even while in the womb like mothers' voices or soft music which continues up to the first 1000 days of life Babies from lower-income groups are deprived of this essential part of their mental development owing to their parents
's ignorance or preoccupation with making ends meet. Nowadays it is happening even in nuclear families. Honble PM may wish to exhort all parents or anyone dealing with babies to talk to the babies frequently during the first 1000 days which will go a long way in building a nation of smart intelligent people
