Dear Sir, Our sincere request is to improve Corporate Governance which can benefit general public like us. Many of us invested in Corporate FD of Future Enterprise and not paid on maturity. We are running pillar to post to recover the money as they are not responding. We as general public don't know whom to approach. Contacted SEBI, RBI but they said they are not responsible. and asked us to contact mca. There should be some webpage which should be available in mca to enter such issues directly as complaint. But the process looks very cumbersome. I could not even register as an User. Many emails to mca does not get answered. Would request PMO to build better process in this area. sir I think the major cities have got all their development and back up system buffer and health care also well taken care now no more construction activity should be taken for residence and business purposes or entrainment in the said metro cities new residence and offices should be developed beyond fifty kilometres of the said metro cities this will result in developing rural areas and health care facilities and avoid congestion pollution flooding in the so called metro cities when rains flood
