So, for the welfare of teachers and faculties a provision should be there for increment, appraisal, extra time wages, performance based post given. Theoretical , practical, professional approach to teach students. Also there should be a minimum of the salary package for all stages like PRT, TGT, PGT and all, if they are fullfilling their data with the board or government in general. i have seen so many variations in the work load, rules are there for the profit of schools but not for the teachers , time changes and cost of living increased but salary remains the same.
