There is shortage of judiciary staff and govt employees, existing employees are given additional task, area…. This increases problems, pendency and people need to pay bribe to get their task done on priority. Hope it is not policy of govt to create bad circumstance and allow corruption thru pendency, shortage ? The loss due to this is crores and trillions , which is very very high as compared to cost of additional staff, judges. Pl recruit employees , judges and this will also help more employment I.e. reduce unemployment……. Save country, citizens ( owners of the country as per constitution). Please…

To, Honorable PM, Sir, I would like to bring to your kind notice about few problems faced by many of us throughout India and seek proper solutions : 1. Exploitation : Being skilled worker , every person deserved certain standard salary to run his or her family . But the company's, Institutions and other entities just exploiting despite of several labor laws being present. For me also , it's the same case , am working as Finance Officer of college but despite of several commitment by college management & request from my end , just getting very low salary despite of holding the officer grade even lower than group D. This is pure exploitation. In this ever increasing price hike environment , it very difficult to run family and meet financial obligations . My family fully depends on me financially and physically as there was no other present.So am sticking to this job despite of being highly qualified person . This practice should be stopped . 2.
