Greetings There should be strict laws that should make the government employees come to and leave the office at the right time. Why should the people wait for them ? People are giving salary to them and they are not coming at the right time. What a stupidity is this ?. When people are delaying something, the offices reject their applications and petitions. In the same way, if a government employee is late for the office or left the office earlier, she/he have to be liable for stringent punishment and salary, allowances cut. Make the government employees responsible, then the system will change.

(Dehradun) My request is to develop and deploy an app for cell phones that can do anonymous surveillance for internal security agencies of our country, Bharat Maa. Any Indian citizen in India can use the app to provide his/ her service to security agencies. This can be initiated by using cell phone cameras as surveillance cameras. It can be like anonymous cameras in motion will be watching out for Bharat Maa.
