So I'm here to request uh too please give him a chance to motivate children like uh discuss nd motivate children in Pariksh pe charcha. Nd one more request sir give Mr . Himanshu Kafaltia Sir a chance it's my humble request. I'm not buttering but really please uh talk to him nd please invite him to motivate children he is a great man nd he is an example for other SDM to be act like him . Motivate children , opn libraries for children. And from him we other listeners have to take motivation or learn from him how to handle the situations of life .

i from Delhi NCR.. i study in class 11th medical student i want change in women life related to sanitary pads and also change in India pollution with non biodegradable sanitary pads in 77.6% women use hygienic method of protection 40% continue use cloth , 64% use sanitary napkins, 16% use local sanitary pads , 1.7% use tampons or 0.6% use menstrual cup i want say that in one year 1 billion totally sanitary napkins use i want to say that too much non biodegradable plastic produce from sanitary waste so the solution of this problem is use tampons, menstrual cup, and cloth pads who is biodegradable I want to say that in govt school behalf of govt to give this menstrual product I mentioned in upper part there many solution to give information about biodegradable product also they are cheap i mentioned this problem to u is why because women scared to use this menstrual product biggest problem is they not any education about this topic and that non biodegradable waste make pollution thx

Honorable Prime Minister sir, Our country is going through a wonderful phase called demographic dividend. Where a large chunk of population belongs to the age group which is most efficient. They are young, full of energy and a good skill development program can bring magical results on our economy and maximize overall country's human capital. A big challenge to that is corruption at grassroot levels which needs to be addressed as it sometimes demotivates the youth population. Education and health sectors are most important to maximize the efforts to utilize demographic dividend. You have put much efforts in those but every individual needs to put their efforts. Basic things like medicine, food, and petroleum should be available at a reasonable cost. Sir, your recent efforts can be seen in budget. You have put efforts to build capital in form of capital expenditure. All of these efforts will go in vain without the efforts of individuals. Thanking you Debangshu Saha West Bengal

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्रीजी, सादर हरिस्मरण। आज मैं रोजगार की समस्या पर अपने मन की बात कहना चाहता हूँ। भारत में तेजी से बढ़ती हुई जनसंख्या के कारण रोजगार की समस्या बहुत विकट होती चली जा रही है। सरकारी नौकरियां सीमित मात्रा में हैं और जरूरतमंदो की संख्या असीमित है। अधिकतर राज्य सरकारों के पास अपने कर्मचारियों को वेतन देने के सीमित फंड हैं, इसीलिए वो अनेक सरकारी विभागों में लाखों रिक्तस्थान होने के वावजूद भी उसे भर नहीं पा रहे हैं। आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्रीजी, सरकारी और प्राइवेट नौकरियां सीमित हैं, इसीलिए नौजवानों का कौशल विकास कर स्वरोजगार करने पर जोर दिया जा रहा है। मेरा एक सुझाव है कि केंद्र सरकार जोटी रोड़ और विश्वसुंदरी रोड़ पर दोनों तरफ दुकानें बनवाएं और स्वरोजगार करने के इच्छुक बेरोजगारों को कम से कम किराए पर प्रदान करे। केंद्र सरकार को बैकों से ऋण लेने की सुविधा को और सरल बनानी चाहिए। बैंक किसी गरीब और बेरोजगार नौजवान को ऋण देने से कतराते हैं। ऋण उन अमीरों को आसानी से मिल जाता है जो बैंकों से कई हजार करोड़ रुपया उधार लेकर एक दिन विदेश फरार हो जाते हैं। इस ओर ध्यान दें।जयहिंद।
