It's high time, as its matter of life & death & also life savings, i feel govt should think of rating Builders by RERA which will help buyers to choose which builder is best for them. Lets Builder also face the pressure & improve their product & services. When an ordinary product has ISI mark, why not Builder company has ISI mark / ratings Rating can be given on following points - 1) Quality of previous construction 2) Track record of builder of his previous project on timely delivery, no dispuit etc 3) If new builder, then rating should not be given 4) If any previous legal cases is/are pending, then rating should be reduced accordingly 5) RERA should have database of all builders with ratings in summary, so that if any society wants to get into re-development, they can cross check with RERA website for Builder track record etc etc 6) Database should be centralized for all over India (if possible) 7) If Builder is insolvent, then Negative rating

Solutions to reduce Bank NPA - As per media reports, PNB gave 2 cr loan to an Auto driver Haroon Sattar Shaikh in Mumbai, for his flat which is on Goregoan Mulund Link road I am bit surprise, how an credit officer overlooked his credentials. 1) Govt / RBI should dig all all recent case which has been approved by same officer 2) I am sure he/she might have minted money in all such cases, so huge black money probability 3) It's open secret that most of the NBFC & certain banks like PNB, approving authority charge commission around 2% for home loan & around 3 to 5 % for Business loan approval & if we total it, its huge amount 4) At top end scam / corruption like in ICICI bank MD chanda case, govt is doing good. But at lower end of pyramid, to stop corruption & to reduce NPA there, govt should comprehensively scan all files of such officers who are being caught. This will give a strong message to all who are not yet caught or planning to commit such crimes

Respected Prime Minister sir,you are a great leader of the country helping many many struggling people to get better life.First of all,we the villagers.Thank you very much.We belong to Hirbandh Block in Bankura District of West Bengal state.Our village name is Jamdahara Kalindipara.Our village is very small village in our Block.This village is very helpless in our Hirbandh Block.Our small village is limited to 10 to 15 houses.Members of each house do bamboo work .Besides if there is any kind of ceremony in a village, that ceremony goes to the house and play music.As we have to work the bamboo work all day and night and to learn music, we need enough solar light for the night.Our village is surrounded by darkness.Since we have to sit up all night to work,so we need some solar lights.we have told you before to get this light.We request the villagers to please take your attention.Without your help this village of ours will remain in darkness forever.Please extend your halping hand to us.
